Excellencies and my fellow friends,
Very good afternoon.
I am very pleased and honored to represent my home country - Pakistan and speak to such a star-studded august gathering.
Secondly, I sincerely congratulate all the hosts for convening the Asia Youth Leaders Forum at this critical juncture when the world is witnessing dramatic transformation in the arena of global pandemic, geo-politics, and trade re-alignments. Despite these formidable challenges, holding this forum is certainly not a meagre task. Therefore, on behalf of all the youth in the audience, I present heartfelt felicitations to all the worthy host leaders and organizers.
Thirdly, being eyewitness resident of China for a very long period of time, I will not do justice to myself if I fail to mention the aspiring Chinese people and visionary CPC leadership for bravely fighting Covid 19 as one united nation and providing conducive environment to foreigners like me to showcase their talent for greaterglobal social economic developments. Thank you, China, for showing the way and leading the world in catching natural Covid-19 pandemic from its horn, and thank you, China, for nurturing the young foreign talents.
Excellencies and my fellow friends,
The leadership shown by China and the Chinese people has played a pivotal role in the betterment of not only the immediate region, but also in many far-flung countries. The Belt and Road Initiative is a living example of this, which is not merely an infrastructure development project and a business venture in a classical sense. It will lay a solid foundation for multi-faceted cross border cultural and socioeconomic exchanges and cooperation at mega scale. The theme of today's forum isalso another solid manifestation of the friendly ambitions of China, which calls upon the Asian youth for building strong bridges of collaboration. Undoubtedly, today's Asian youth possesses the intellectual capacity to make the Asia as world's center of gravity for innovation, creativity, wisdom, and exploration of unexplored vista of human knowledge by being proactive collaborative partners.

China NationalPeople's Congress has recently approved the 14th Five Year Action Plan which embodies high-quality development of Belt and Road Initiative project and lays special emphasis on international cooperation for Human Resource development of Belt and Road Initiative countries in:
1.Quantum information to develop inter cities, intra cities, and free space communication network
2.Brain Sciences to develop brain inspired computing and brain-computer fusion technology
3.Photonics, micro and nano electronics
4.Network communication
5.Artificial intelligence
6.Biotech
7.Aerospace Sciences and
8.Modem energy systems
These initiatives, to be implemented by 2025, present abundant opportunities for Asian youth to quickly foster collaborations in these disciplines for realizing and transforming Asia as world's Centre of Buoyancy for future technologies.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We, at Beijing Global Talent Exchange Association, are working hard to synergize international cooperation in line with the agenda set forth in the 14th National Action Plan of the NPC. During last two years, we have established 3 China Centers ofRussian Academy of Engineering, under collaborative arrangements with Russian Academy of Engineering, at Beijing, Suzhou, and Taizhou. Establishment of four more such centers at Shenzhen, Wuhan, Tianjin, and Jinan are in the final stages. These newly established centers of excellence will act as conduits for sharing of knowledge, skills and expertise, related to 4th generation technologies, between the academicians and students of the two friendly countries.
We have concluded Strategic Alliance Agreement with one of the premier university of Pakistan which will act as vehicle for integrating universities, professional councils, associations, and high-tech industries of the two countries for sharing knowledge and experiences through conduct of specialized training, workshops, seminars, undertaking joint research in emerging technologies and establishing R&D and Innovation Labs in Pakistan in current technologies’ domains like industrial automation, artificial intelligence, software engineering, biomedical, construction & civil engineering, automobile engineering, fashion design, textile engineering, and maritime sector.
We have commenced deliberations with relevant authorities of both Government of Pakistan and China for establishing Vocational University in Pakistan for certification of 5,000 students of regional and Belt and Road countries each year in 4th generation technologies. This kind of university is urgently needed to prepare high-tech certified professionals for executing, operating, sustaining, and supporting the vastly diversified mega BRI projects.
We have facilitated admission of more than 100 talented Pakistani students in Master, PhDs, and Postdoc programs in different Chinese Universities for complementing the efforts of both the Governments to further enhance mutual scientific and educational cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
We have facilitated admission of 16 Pakistani students in 3-year vocational training in automobile engineering in Guangxi Vocational College for Chinese automobile industries being set up in Pakistan. Moreover, 100 Pakistani students will start arriving each year after easing of travel restriction for vocational training in Wehai Vocational college.
We have conducted online professional certification training on industrial automation for more than 2,000 Pakistani professionals and students. Online certification training on artificial intelligence for all Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries is in the pipeline.
We have constituted different community groups of different Asian countries and Russia, comprising of more than 1,000 working professionals and students, for integrating various cultures and promoting spirit of cooperation in R&D of emerging technologies.
Honorable dignitaries,
I am neither a professional speaker nor a person having extra-ordinary talent. Our claims and work may also appear to you as insignificant. As the Chinese says that "Pearls don’t lie on the seashore. If you want one, you must dive for it.” Wealso firmly believe in putting up all of sincere efforts in shoring up and consolidating international cooperation for progress and prosperity of all and leaving behind a lovable and livable world for our future generations.
At the end, I once again pay my sincere tributes to all the leaders and organizers of this forum for the excellent arrangements and providing us opportunity to speak our minds before this august gathering.
